Metro Blue Line Track and System Refurbishment project includes rebooting and replace grade crossings (Los Angeles and Long Beach), 7th Metro crossover (North and South) refurbishment, Expo junction refurbishment, track fasteners in tunnel and elevated sections, elevated structures fall prevention, Del Amo duct bank system reconstruction, mid-corridor OCS refurbishment, painting of Long Beach OCS/light poles, and new signage at all stations. DC Traffic Control provided maintenance of traffic services to the design build team. Our traffic control crews safely managed traffic through the work zones and along the existing rail right of way.
