This Project includes the construction of sewer force mains including pipe, and access manways, and the rehabilitation of two (2) siphons by cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining. The work consists of major items within the Cities of Seal Beach and Westminster. DC Traffic Control is currently providing traffic control implementation and traffic engineering services for the project.
